Over and above
My experience with Bennett Holmes has been that they are professional and go over and above what they are required to do. My tenants had damaged the property quite a bit and Sophie took over finding me a cleaner, builder, clearance guy and sorted out everything. Boiler wasn't working Jason went over and sorted it out.
Throughout the time the property was on the market she kept me informed of progress. I never once had to chase for an update.

I decided to sell my 4 bedroom semi-detached house in March 2011 and initially instructed Bennett Holmes to carry out a valuation. Their depth of market knowledge, professional approach and comprehensive marketing/advertising package led me to instruct them to sell my house. I had the pleasure of dealing with William Wells their Sales Manager throughout the process. My property was marketed on the day of instruction with professional photos, EPC graph and a detailed floorplan highlighting it in its best light online and in traditional media. The amount of viewings booked in on a constant basis pleasantly surprised me as did the daily feedback and communication on these visits.
